Are you nearing completion of your program of study? You must apply to graduate!
You must complete the graduation application for the quarter in which you plan to complete all program requirements. 去 Self-Service – Graduation Overview and submit a separate application for each degree or certificate that you anticipate receiving. Deadlines to file a graduation application are as follows:
- If completing program requirements by 可以, you will submit application for Spring, by 可以 1st.
- If completing program requirements by 11月, you will submit application for Fall, by 11月 1st.
- If completing program requirements by 8月, you will submit application for Summer, by 8月 1st.
- If completing program requirements by 2月, you will submit application for Winter, by 2月 1st.
重要的是:
Spring and summer graduates only - submit your application 到4月1日 if you wish your name to appear in the Commencement Ceremony Program.
How to submit the graduation application:
- Check your progress in 自助服务 (Academics - Student Planning - My progress). Contact your advisor if you have any questions about your program completion.
- 去 Self-service – Graduation Overview 然后点击APPLY.
- Determine which quarter you are completing your program of study: the current or the next one. Make sure to select the correct term on the application.
- 填写所有细节.
- Select if you would like to participate in the Annual Commencement Ceremony and fill in the information required for the ceremony.
- Check your entries and click SUBMIT.
Repeat the steps for each degree or certificate you are receiving. A confirmation 电子邮件 will be sent to your OPE电子竞技官网 电子邮件 address.
After application is submitted:
Application is under review
Your graduation application will be under review until the end of the quarter you applied for. You and your advisor will be notified of any issues or missing requirements. You can access and update your information anytime (address, name, graduation term, etc.). Degree confirmation

Degree confirmation dates for 2024-25 academic year:
- Fall term: 26 11月 2024
- Winter term: 5 March 2025
- Spring term: 2 June 2025
- Summer term: 25 8月 2025

Degrees and certificates are mailed 4-6 weeks after the end of the quarter. 学生 who have an outstanding balance will receive their award(s) after the college financial obligations have been resolved.

成绩单 ordered with the option ‘hold until degrees awarded’ will be released after degrees are conferred. If you are placing the order after the degree confirmation date, select the option “current transcript, 就像.”
